• Streamlined Registration: New users can easily register and activate their accounts directly within the app through an optimized two-page process.
• Enhanced Security: Protect your account with a self-assigned PIN, eliminating the need to enter your username and password every time you log in. The app also supports biometric login for added convenience and security.
• User-Friendly Dashboard: Navigate with ease using the enhanced dashboard equipped with an integrated menu bar for quick access to all features.
• Effortless Management: Manage your accounts and transactions seamlessly from the app's dashboard.
• Comprehensive Search Capabilities: Search for trains, view routes, and check seat availability without the need to log in.
• PNR Enquiry Services: Utilize the app to check PNR status and assess the probability of PNR confirmation for waitlisted tickets, both before and after booking.
• Inclusive Ticketing Options: Book tickets across various quotas including Ladies, Tatkal, Premium Tatkal, Divyangjan, Lower Berth, and Senior Citizen, in addition to the General Quota. Divyangjan passengers can also avail concessional rates using their Photo Identity Card.
• Accessibility Features: The Google Talk Back feature assists visually impaired users in booking train e-tickets.
