How To Complete Hush, My Darling in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

This side quest, "Hush, My Darling," in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, begins not in Kuttenberg City, but in Miskowitz, a village west of the city. Get ready to put your blacksmithing skills to the test!

Completing "Hush, My Darling" in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Finding Martha and Accepting the Quest

Martha resides in the house attached to the forge in the southeastern part of Miskowitz. Speak with her and offer your blacksmithing services. Accepting her request to help initiates the "Hush, My Darling" side quest. If you haven't yet completed the Matthew storyline involving the Dry Devils, the bailiff standing near Martha provides another way to locate her.

Crafting the Horseshoes

You may already possess the necessary materials: two Farmer's Horseshoes. If not, gather two pieces of Scrap Metal and craft them at the forge. Return the finished horseshoes to Martha.

Investigating Victoria's House

Martha instructs you to deliver the horseshoes to Victoria, whose house lies south of the forge. Upon entering, you'll discover blood, prompting an investigation. Report your findings back to Martha. She suggests searching Sigismund's camp for Victoria.

Sigismund's camp is located south of Opatowitz. (If you're still tracking Matthew, he might be encountered on the path to the camp.) Question the blacksmith in the camp about Victoria; he'll mention a soldier named Black. Find Black in the infirmary tent—he's ill.

Black requires medicine before cooperating. Provide him with a Digestive Potion (or craft one if needed). Allow a couple of hours for the potion to take effect before questioning him further. He'll reveal Victoria's likely location in the eastern woods.

Find Victoria at the quest marker on your map. Converse with her; dialogue choices have no impact on future events. However, mentioning Black's promise to care for her (if you secured such a promise) offers her solace.

This concludes "Hush, My Darling." Continue with the main questline or explore other side quests like "In Vino Veritas."
