GTA Update Drops in June!

Rockstar Games has unleashed the highly anticipated Bottom Dollar Bounties update for Grand Theft Auto Online, available now on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. This substantial summer update, released alongside patch 1.69 for GTA 5, delivers a wealth of fresh content for the ever-popular online mode.

Despite its age, GTA Online continues to dominate the multiplayer landscape. While typically receiving two major content drops annually, player engagement remains remarkably strong, even with the announced 2025 arrival of Grand Theft Auto 6. Rockstar's commitment to GTA Online is evident with the Bottom Dollar Bounties update and hints at further DLC before the year's end.

June's reveal introduced Maude Eccles, the bounty hunter from GTA 5's single-player campaign, along with her daughter, Jenette. Players step into the role of lead bounty hunter for the Bottom Dollar Bail Enforcement business, undertaking thrilling new missions. Three new law enforcement vehicles are also introduced, integrated into fresh Dispatch Work missions for LSPD officer Vincent Effenburger.

Bottom Dollar Bounties: New Missions, Vehicles, and Enhanced Rewards

The update includes new drift upgrades for select vehicles and expanded tools and props for the Rockstar Creator. Significantly, base payouts have been increased for various activities, including Open Wheel Races, Taxi Work, A Superyacht Life, Lowriders Missions, Operation Paper Trail, Casino Story Missions, Gerald’s Last Play, Madrazo’s Dispatch Services, Premium Deluxe Repo Work, and Project Overthrow. Solo players also enjoy extended timers during Gunrunning and Biker Sell Missions. Nine new vehicles join the fray:

  • Enus Paragon S (Sports) – Featuring Imani Tech
  • Bollokan Envisage (Sports) – Featuring Imani Tech
  • Übermacht Niobe (Sports) – With HSW Upgrade (PS5 and Xbox Series X/S only)
  • Annis Euros X32 (Coupe) – With HSW Upgrade (PS5 and Xbox Series X/S only)
  • Invetero Coquette D1 (Sports Classic)
  • Declasse Yosemite 1500 (Off-Road)
  • Declasse Impaler SZ Cruiser (Emergency) – Law Enforcement Vehicle
  • Bravado Dorado Cruiser (Emergency) – Law Enforcement Vehicle
  • Bravado Greenwood Cruiser (Emergency) – Law Enforcement Vehicle

Bottom Dollar Bounties provides a significant injection of new content, and the boosted payouts offer a compelling reason for players to return. With GTA Online's enduring popularity, the longevity of Rockstar's support, and the eventual integration of GTA 6's online component, remain captivating questions for the future.
