Where to Find Lord Semine’s Sword in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 (KCD2)

In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, Lord Semine's wedding to Agnes faces a snag: his ceremonial sword has vanished. Your mission: retrieve it.

Finding the Culprit

Radovan reveals the missing sword, a creation from the Hermit's Sword. He saw a man in yellow acting suspiciously. Investigate individuals in yellow attire. While most deny involvement, one points towards a man in yellow seen heading upstairs in the stable.

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Hans in the Stable

There you'll find Hans, romantically involved. He's not the thief, but he witnessed Svatya (the bailiff's son and the bride's brother) taking the sword. Hans, however, didn't follow Svatya, leaving you to find him.

Confronting Svatya and the Sword's Location

Locate Svatya near the musicians by the stables; he's easily identifiable by the sword in his possession. He confesses to stealing the sword to embarrass Old Semine, throwing it into a nearby pond.

Retrieving the Sword and Completing the Quest

The pond is accessible behind Radovan. Retrieve the sword from the water. Return to Radovan; you can either reveal Svatya's guilt or simply report the sword's recovery. With the sword returned, the wedding proceeds. Complete any time-sensitive tasks before speaking with Radovan, then celebrate the nuptials and advance the main quest.
