Embrace the lunar rhythm with Pokémon Sleep's "Good Sleep Day" event! Running for three days each month, coinciding with the full moon, this event offers significant boosts to help you unlock the secrets of Pokémon sleep styles. This month's event, starting March 13th and lasting until the 16th, applies globally.

Enjoy boosted Drowsy Power, increased Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP, and extra sleep points throughout the event. Day 2 (the full moon) provides a double Drowsy Power boost, triple Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP, and a generous 1,000 bonus sleep points. Days 1 and 3 offer a 1.5x Drowsy Power boost, double Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP, and 500 bonus sleep points.
