• Paid Timed Research is available, offering excellent rewards.

How's your progress on this month's Go Pass? As you collect your rewards, the Completely Normal event is scheduled to go live in Pokémon GO from September 23rd through the 27th. While the event's name might sound ordinary, the experience itself is anything but.

The main attraction of Pokémon GO's Completely Normal event is the debut of Dudunsparce, the evolved form of Dunsparce. You can finally use 50 Dunsparce Candy to evolve into this peculiar but beloved Land Snake Pokémon. Additionally, Ditto is making a return with a twist, appearing in the wild using new disguises. These new Ditto forms will remain available even after the event ends.

Event bonuses make participation even more rewarding. You'll earn double Candy for catching Pokémon and double XP for evolving them. This provides a perfect opportunity to stock up on resources while advancing toward your level-up goals. If you've been hoping to find a Shiny Dunsparce, now is also the time, as its Shiny appearance rate, along with Ditto's spawn rate, has been increased.

Wild encounters follow the Normal-type theme, featuring Pokémon like Sentret, Buneary, Audino, and, naturally, Dunsparce appearing more frequently. A Timed Research ticket is available for $1.99, rewarding players with items like Lucky Eggs, XP, and additional encounters with Dunsparce. Alongside themed Field Research tasks and a new Collection Challenge that rewards Lure Modules, there's plenty to keep trainers busy.
