Conquer Kupolovrax in Project Tower: A Comprehensive Guide

Kupolovrax, a formidable boss in Project Tower, presents a significant challenge due to its projectile-heavy attacks. This guide outlines effective strategies to overcome this enemy and emerge victorious. While targeting its illuminated segments seems intuitive, damage is also inflicted by shots hitting its carapace.

Phase 1

Initially, Kupolovrax remains stationary on the platform. Maintain distance, consistently fire upon it, and utilize these evasion techniques:

  • Orb Ring Fall: Dodge roll just before the falling orb rings impact. Observe their descent carefully.
  • Orb Scattershot Fall: Strafe to sidestep the projectiles, using dodge rolls for close calls.
  • Orb Line Push: This is the most challenging attack. A recommended approach is to wait for the first line, perform a forward dodge roll, and immediately dash forward to clear the subsequent lines.
  • Stomp: Simply jump over the resulting shockwave. You can continue firing during the jump.

Phase 2

Kupolovrax takes flight at approximately 66% health. Continue maintaining distance and firing while employing these strategies:

  • Orb Scattershot Fall: The slow descent allows ample time to strafe and avoid the orbs. Keep a watchful eye on the sky.
  • Orb Ring Push: Hold your position until the rings are about to hit, then execute a left or right dodge roll.
  • Orb Line Push: Similar to Phase 1, wait for the first line, dodge roll forward, and immediately dash forward. Alternatively, dodge roll left or right, then dash in the opposite direction.

Phase 3

Triggered at around 33% health, this phase closely resembles Phase 2, but features a modified attack:

  • Modified Orb Ring Push: This three-part attack consists of converging rings, followed by two rapid ring pushes, and finally, falling orb rings. Dodge roll left just before the initial rings, immediately dash right to evade the quick pushes, and walk forward to avoid the falling rings.

Master these techniques to defeat Kupolovrax and advance in Project Tower, available on PC and PS5.
