War Thunder's Firebirds Update: Stealth, Power, and Naval Might Arrive in Early November!

Gaijin Entertainment has announced the upcoming Firebirds update for War Thunder, launching in early November. This major update introduces a host of new aircraft, ground vehicles, and warships, significantly expanding the game's already impressive roster.

New Aircraft: Stealth, Power, and Precision

Among the most anticipated additions are several iconic aircraft:

• F-117A Nighthawk: War Thunder's first stealth aircraft. Its unique design, radar-absorbing materials, and advanced features like ferromagnetic paint allowed it to achieve remarkable success in real-world combat, boasting over 1,200 sorties without loss during Operation Desert Storm.

• Su-34 Fullback: Russia's powerful fighter-bomber joins the fray.

• F-15E Strike Eagle: An enhanced F-15 variant, boasting a 50% larger payload and advanced targeting systems. Players will have access to a devastating arsenal, including AGM-65 Maverick missiles, laser-guided bombs, JDAMs, and even the GBU-39 satellite-guided bombs (twenty at a time!).

Beyond the Skies: Ground and Naval Reinforcements

The Firebirds update isn't limited to aircraft. New ground and naval forces include:

• FV107 Scimitar: A nimble British light tank.

• Dunkerque: A formidable French battleship.

Aces High Season Continues!

The Aces High season is also underway, offering players the chance to unlock unique vehicles, trophies, and rewards through season completion and the Battle Pass. Expect aircraft like the Bf 109 G-14, F2G-1, and La-11, alongside powerful ground units such as the T54E2 and G6, and naval vessels including the HMS Orion and USS Billfish.
