The app adheres strictly to the privacy guidelines set by the Guarantor. It only activates geolocation to record the time and location when a learner voluntarily chooses to clock in. Immediately after the clock-in process, the GPS is deactivated to protect the user's privacy. Additionally, learners have the ability to verify whether geolocation is active directly from the app or their device settings, offering complete control over their data.

When the app is not in use, it does not track any movements. Moreover, all data stored on the learner's device, whether the app is being used or not, remains confidential and is neither shared nor processed in any manner.
