Tute is a beloved card game not only in Spain but also across Latin America, captivating players from 2 to 5, whether playing individually or in teams of two. The game's objective is to be the first to accumulate a predetermined number of points using the traditional Spanish deck of forty cards.

The card hierarchy in Tute, ranked from highest to lowest, is as follows: Ace (worth 11 points), 3 (10 points), King (4 points), Knight (3 points), Jack (2 points), and then 7, 6, 5, 4, and 2 (the latter being white cards with no point value). The gameplay begins with the first card setting the suit for that round. Players must follow suit if possible; if unable to do so, they can play any card, including trump cards. The highest trump card played wins the trick; if no trump cards are played, the trick is won by the highest card of the leading suit.
