BarbarQ is a casual multiplayer, real-time battle arena and battle royale game. You and your rivals clash in an arena, fighting to be the last one standing. It features addictive, innovative gameplay with a charming pixel art retro style. It uniquely blends elements of MOBA and IO games, creating an incredibly fun experience.

The game features a leveling system. Each time you level up, you gain a new skill, with a maximum of five per match. These skills are permanent for that round, so choose wisely. In BarbarQ, raw level isn't everything—teamwork, item usage, dodging, and skill choices can completely turn the tide of battle.

Eating mushrooms grants experience to level up and select new skills as the match continues. As players grow stronger, they also become physically larger and gain new abilities to fend off rivals, though they also become bigger targets. Here, you play as barbarians whose sole purpose is to battle fiercely and devour mushrooms. You can also pick up various items like bombs, honey, meat, and other random objects.

Like other IO-style games, levels and items reset after each match. However, players earn gold to permanently upgrade their skills and acquire pets that provide combat advantages. BarbarQ offers multiple modes: real-time 3v3v3, 2v2v2 team fights, Idle mode, Pet Adventure, and various solo modes.
