Introducing the Alphabet - a delightful and educational tool designed for children aged 3 to 5 years old, as well as toddlers, to learn the Russian alphabet. Our talking alphabet for children and toddlers is not just a game; it's a loving project crafted for my daughter, now shared to benefit other families.

This educational game offers various learning modes: letters, sounds, vowels, and consonants, as well as distinctions between voiced and unvoiced sounds. With vibrant pictures, a user-friendly interface, and professional voice acting by a Russian language teacher, the game ensures an engaging and effective learning experience.

Learning the alphabet is crucial for young children as it helps them quickly grasp letters and sounds, paving the way for early reading skills. Our game includes dual voiceovers: one for sounds and another for letters in Russian, catering to different learning stages.

The alphabet game is suitable for little ones too. While the optimal age for learning is between 4 to 6 years, we recognize that some children are ready as early as 3 years old, with 5 being the ideal age before starting school.

We recommend beginning with vowels: A, O, U, Y, I, E, Yo, E, Yu, Ya (10 vowels in total). These are easier to pronounce, making them perfect for young learners. Initially, focus on the 6 basic vowel sounds: A, O, U, Y, I, E, and later introduce the 4 vowel letters that are combinations of two sounds: E = Y + O; E = Y + E; Yu = Y + U; Ya = Y + A. Vowels can be further categorized into stressed and unstressed.

Following vowels, introduce the consonants: B, V, G, D, ZH, Z, J, K, L, M, N, P, R, S, T, F, X, Ts, Ch, Sh, Shch (21 consonants in total). Additionally, there are 2 auxiliary letters: Ь and Ъ. Together, these make up the full 33 letters of the Russian alphabet.
