by Audrey Feb 07,2026

The 2025 IGG World Championship brought together elite players from Viking Rise, Lords Mobile, and Doomsday: Last Survivors to compete for substantial prizes. Held last week in Incheon, South Korea, the international event aimed to crown the top players within each game's global community.

With a prize pool of $400,000, competitors unquestionably brought their absolute best.

Here’s a look at how the competition unfolded.

Lords Mobile

The Lords Mobile tournament began with 12 teams, comprising 36 players from 16 different countries and regions.

A key highlight was the Invitation Match Mode, where 18 South Korean players fiercely competed to maintain control of a strategic in-game location.

Ultimately, the championship title was claimed by T4K.

Viking Rise

In the first-ever offline Viking Rise tournament, 24 players from across the world formed eight teams to battle for supremacy.

This PvPvE tournament centered on the Sacred Crucible mode, requiring players to lead their troops to a new map while defending against enemy forces and rival armies to secure valuable resources.

When the dust settled, r350 dominated the Battle Point leaderboard and emerged victorious.

Doomsday: Last Survivors

The championship's final event featured elite strike teams of 32 multinational players competing in a custom war mode designed specifically for the tournament. Teams Ash, Phoenix, Radiance, and Shadow fought relentlessly for control of key strategic points.

All four squads delivered outstanding performances throughout the competition, and each was honored with the Champion Award.

Fan Fun

The excitement wasn't limited to competitors. IGG's partners and sponsors enhanced the spectator experience with a range of engaging attractions.

A uniquely designed stage brought the distinct worlds of each game to life.

Top South Korean cosplayers were on hand to perform and take photos with enthusiastic fans.

Zombies even roamed the crowds—thankfully, they were far friendlier than the ones in Doomsday: Last Survivors.

The 2025 IGG World Championship not only showcased incredible gaming talent but also highlighted the vibrant communities surrounding IGG titles. It was the global fanbase that made the event truly unforgettable.
