The game emphasizes the importance of regular diaper changes to prevent skin irritation. It also subtly educates players about the frequency of diaper changes and bowel movements as babies grow.

Beyond diaper changes, the game includes:

• Bath time: Players learn to prepare a safe and comfortable bath for newborns, using appropriate water temperature and supplies.
• Feeding: The game features meal preparation, including making baby food and managing high chairs and strollers. Babies have varied food options, from chicken pieces and pizza to fruit shakes and ice cream.
