Story

Your adventure begins in a serene forest near the village of Riders, where you, along with your friends Lilia and Cheval, discover a mysterious shining egg. In a playful moment, you mimic the Rite of Kinship, only to be astounded when it works, and the egg hatches into a baby Rathalos, the majestic "King of the Skies." You name him Ratha and bring him back to your village.

Tragedy strikes when a monster infected with the "Black Blight" attacks your village, leaving devastation in its wake and deep emotional scars on Cheval and Lilia. A year later, you are officially recognized as a Rider by receiving a Kinship Stone from the Village Chief. As Cheval and Lilia embark on their separate journeys, you, alongside the cheerful Navirou, set out on a new adventure filled with friendship and triumph in the world of Monster Hunter Stories.

• As of March 31, 2020, the Network Battle function is no longer available due to changes in Google Play Games. However, updating to Ver.1.0.2 allows access to all Titles obtained from Battle Ranks.
• Upon first launch, you must agree to the "Monster Hunter Stories End User License Agreement" found at http://game.capcom.com/manual/MHST_mobile/global/en/rule.php.
• This app shares the same introductory story as the handheld console version but does not include certain features like collaboration content, amiibo functionality, local Network Battles, and StreetPass.
• Deleting the app will erase all stored save data.
• The app requires a Wi-Fi connection for download.
• Battle Party QR codes from the Japanese version are incompatible with this version.
