Q1. Connection Error: Failed to Get Online Profile

If you see the error "Connection Error: Failed to Get Online Profile. Would You Like to Retry or Continue With Your Current Offline Profile," try these steps:

First, select "Retry" several times. Sometimes reconnecting solves the issue. If it persists:

1. Tap the Menu button.
2. Select “Profile”.
3. Choose “Change WBID”.
4. Click “Don’t have a WBPlay account?”.
5. Enter your existing WBID email and password.
6. Check the box to agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
7. Tap “Sign up using your email” again.
8. When asked to associate your save with this WBID, select Yes.
9. If no success message appears, repeat steps 7 and 8.

If the problem continues, reinstalling the game and logging back into WBID may help. Note: This might erase any progress made while playing offline.

Q2. How do I change my Profile name in MKX Mobile?

Your display name is how other players recognize you. To change it, go to Menu > Profile > Change Profile name.

Q3. How do I create or restore a cloud save in MKX Mobile?

To create a Cloud save, log into WBPlay/WBID via the in-game Profile tab. Once logged in, your Cloud save updates automatically after matches and major actions.

To restore a Cloud save after reinstalling or on a new device, log into the same WBPlay/WBID account used previously. If a save exists for that account, you’ll be prompted to download it.

Note: Downloading a WBPlay save will overwrite all current save data on your device. Ensure you are willing to lose your current Card Kollection before downloading a Cloud save.
