Jagex has introduced an exhilarating new boss fight to Old School RuneScape, featuring Yama, the Master of Pacts, as part of the ongoing Great Kourend questline. This update promises to reignite the high-stakes thrill for those who have already completed A Kingdom Divided in 2021.
If you recall the challenge of defeating Yama’s Judge in 2021, consider that just a warm-up. In this latest update, Yama himself takes center stage. Envision a fire demon minotaur, complete with wings, hooves, horns, and wielding a colossal axe. Nestled deep beneath Kourend in the Chasm of Fire, Yama is amassing power while commanding his fanatical Disciples. If you found the Judge demanding, prepare for an encounter with Yama that's on a whole different level.
This high-intensity endgame battle is loaded with deadly attacks, environmental hazards, and chaotic elements that will test your reflexes and teamwork. For solo players, the pressure intensifies significantly.
To embark on this adventure, you must first complete A Kingdom Divided. Equip your Best in Slot gear and ensure your combat stats are at their maximum before you even think about signing the contract to challenge Yama. Yes, there’s actually a contract involved.
The Chasm of Fire now boasts new features, including a mining and smithing zone where you can extract Crimson Lovakite and craft it into Oathplate armour, essential for battling the demon lord.
Defeating Yama offers the chance to acquire rare loot such as Demon Tallow, crucial for crafting Surge Potions, a Chasm of Fire Teleport Scroll to ease future journeys, and a Grimoire Page.
So, download Old School RuneScape from the Google Play Store and immerse yourself in this new challenge!
