by Mila May 14,2025

Get ready for another thrilling round of testing as Duet Night Abyss opens the gates for its second closed beta test (CBT). This upcoming fantasy action RPG, set to captivate mobile gamers, is being brought to you by publisher Hero Games and developer Pan Studio. Following a successful first CBT in January, the excitement is building for what's next in this intriguing world of waifus and Warframe-inspired parkour.

What’s the Time Period for the Duet Night Abyss Second Closed Beta Test?

The recruitment for the second closed beta test began today, May 13th, and will continue until June 2nd. The beta will be accessible in multiple languages including English, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. To get a taste of what's in store, check out the newly released trailer below:

Interested in joining the adventure? Head over to the official Duet Night Abyss website to fill out the official questionnaire and apply for the test. Don’t miss out on the chance to participate in social media competitions, which offer another avenue to secure your spot in the beta.

What’s the Game Like?

In Duet Night Abyss, players are introduced to a unique mix of enchanting characters and dynamic action. The story begins with a young girl raised on a secluded island alongside her best friend and a group of tradesmen. Tragedy strikes when a military group abducts her friend and throws her off a cliff, setting the stage for a dark, fast-paced journey into a broader, emotionally charged world.

This second CBT marks the final closed beta phase, where players can choose between a male or female protagonist and embark on a new storyline called Children From the Snowfield. You'll explore the narrative from both characters' viewpoints but with a twist: rather than switching between them, you'll summon up to two companions to aid you in combat.
