Techland made waves at Summer Game Fest 2025 by revealing that Dying Light: The Beast will launch on August 22, 2025, for PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

The surprise announcement means players will return as Kyle Crane just months from now, marking the character's comeback after missing from 2022's sequel. Alongside the release date reveal, Techland debuted thrilling new gameplay footage showcasing brutal combat against hordes of infected.

Savage Survival Awaits

Techland describes Dying Light: The Beast as a fusion of open-world exploration and survival horror set in the treacherous Castor Woods region. Players must utilize every weapon and skill to endure this deadly frontier.
