Honkai: Star Rail 3.3 'The Fall at Dawn's Rise' Launches Soon

Honkai: Star Rail is set to launch a major update on May 21st with the release of Version 3.3, aptly titled "The Fall at Dawn's Rise." This update marks the final chapter of the Flame-Chase Journey, where players, known as Trailblazers, will team up with the Chrysos Heirs for an epic confrontation against the formidable Sky Titan, Aquila. This giant, hundred-eyed bird has the unique ability to control day and night with its eyelids. The narrative continues from where the Chrysos Heirs successfully reclaimed the Coreflame of Death and Reason, setting the stage for a climactic battle with Aquila.

Meanwhile, on the planet Amphoreus, the local populace is in pursuit of Era Nova, while the galaxy's brightest minds keep a close watch. Following the events of Version 3.2, Madam Herta's data spirit reached the Vortex of Genesis, and now the fruits of those efforts are beginning to show. As the investigations deepen, players will unravel the true reasons behind Amphoreus's downfall.

Version 3.3 also introduces two new 5-star characters to the game. Hyacine, the chief physician of Twilight Courtyard, embodies idealism and a desire to immortalize ordinary people in history. On the battlefield, she serves as a Wind character on the Path of Remembrance, providing crucial support with the aid of her helper, Little Ica, who heals whenever a teammate is damaged or sacrifices HP.

The second new character is Cipher, a long-time companion in the Flame-Chase Journey alongside Aglaea and Tribbie. As the inheritor of Trickery's divine authority, Cipher excels in misdirection. She is a Quantum character on the Path of Nihility, adept at targeting enemies with the highest Max HP and capable of switching targets dynamically. Her Ultimate delivers bonus True DMG based on accumulated damage records. You can see both characters in action in the trailer below.

Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.3 is scheduled to launch on May 21st. Returning characters Herta and Aglaea will feature in the Version 3.3 warp event, with Herta available in the first half and Aglaea in the second. Both are 5-star characters and highly recommended for players who missed them in previous events.

An exciting addition to the update is the Penacony Speed Cup Spheroid Racing Tournament, allowing players to compete in high-stakes races with Spheroid Racers. Additionally, "Legend of the Galactic Baseballer: Demon King" will officially launch after its successful beta run.
