Honkai: Star Rail's Eternal Holy City Okhema: A Comprehensive Treasure Guide

Okhema, the first area unlocked in Amphoreus, is comprised of Kephale Plaza and Marmoreal Palace. Following the Trailblaze Mission after the train attack, players arrive here, encountering key characters in Amphoreus.

This guide details the location of all treasures within Okhema. Using Herta's technique to highlight chests and Numby's alerts is highly recommended. Blue markers indicate Golden Short Spears, purple marks Spirithiefs, and yellow denotes Golden Scapegoats.

Okhema contains 33 Treasure Chests, 4 Golden Short Spears, 3 Spirithiefs, and 4 Golden Scapegoats.

Treasure Locations:

Kephale Plaza & Surrounding Areas:

1. North of Path of Parting Space Anchor, east of the open area.
2. Past the Kephale Plaza Space Anchor, east near the rest area.
3. Southeast of the previous location, near the breakable shield with a spear; solve the Golden Short Spear puzzle.
4. Beside the Kephale Plaza Space Anchor.
5. North through the small hallway, near the crates.
6. Further north in the plaza, west, beside the dinosaur.
7. East of the Marmoreal Market Space Anchor, inside Chartonus Smithy.
8. North of Chartonus Smithy, at the road's end.
9. Far west of the Marmoreal Market Space Anchor, behind two breakable shields.
10. Beside the previous chest; solve the Golden Scapegoat puzzle.
11. North of the market, climb the right-side steps.
12. Opposite the previous location, solve the Golden Short Spear puzzle leading to the second floor.
13. East of the ritual fountain, on the rooftop; defeat the Spirithief.
14. South, at the end of the rooftop path.
15. Northwest of the previous chest, the final rooftop chest.

Marmoreal Palace & Surrounding Areas:

16. Southeast of the Marmoreal Palace Space Anchor, behind a breakable shield near the Dromas Stop.
17. East, solve the Golden Scapegoat puzzle near the stairs.
18. Upwards towards the small bathing area, near a lounge chair.
19. Northeast, in the scroll-filled room, near the last cabinet.
20. Northeast, in the second bathing area, beside the long table.
21. North, inside the room with the bard.
22. Beside the Hall of Respite Space Anchor.
23. Opposite the previous chest; solve the Golden Scapegoat puzzle.
24. In the private chamber, at the balcony's end; defeat the Spirithief.
25. South of the Overflowing Bath Space Anchor, submerged in water.
26. Opposite the previous chest, also submerged.
27. Northeast, in the pool with the Dromas.
28. Beside a chair in the reception area (accessed via the waterfall).
29. Opposite the previous chest, solve the Golden Short Spear puzzle.
30. In the back room accessed during the previous puzzle.
31. Near the wall by the Court of Seasons Space Anchor.
32. In the south massage room, near the beds.
33. In the massage room; solve the Golden Scapegoat puzzle.
34. South of the massage room, inside the storage room.
35. Northeast of the Court of Seasons Space Anchor, in the corridor.
36. North of the Marmoreal Palace Space Anchor, near crates and a dinosaur.
37. Upwards, near a group of NPCs.
38. Left of the stairs leading to a banquet, beside a cushion.
39. South, behind a breakable shield.
40. Behind the elevator on the north side.
41. East on the second floor (accessed via elevator), near Flying Amphora.
42. East of the Garden of Life Space Anchor, in a small private room.
43. North of the Hero’s Bath Space Anchor, submerged in the pool.
44. At the top of the swirling pillar, solve the Golden Short Spear puzzle.
