Infinity Nikki Delays Version 1.6 Launch After Community Feedback

After weeks of players voicing their concerns, the development team behind *Infinity Nikki* has finally addressed the rocky launch of Version 1.5. The update, released on April 28th, left many feeling that it was rushed and incomplete. Acknowledging these issues, the team has now confirmed that they weren't fully prepared for the launch, leading to the decision to delay Version 1.6.

When Is the Update Releasing?

Originally slated for release on June 4th, Version 1.6 has been postponed to June 12th. In the interim, the current Bubble Season has been extended. This means that popular events like Chase the Bubbles, Rainbow Album, and Where Are the Gifties? will continue until the new release date. Additionally, stores such as Pear-Pal Selected/Store: Clothing, Heartfelt Gifts, and the Shake Up Bubble Jar! top-up event will remain open. Weekly tasks, including Starlit Pursuit, originally scheduled for May 20th, have also been moved to coincide with the Version 1.6 launch.

The development team has issued an apology, citing challenges with performance across various platforms, including PlayStation. They are currently refining gameplay systems and have assured players that missing storylines, such as Threads of Reunion, are not being abandoned but merely delayed.

Apart from the Version 1.6 Delays, What’s Up with Infinity Nikki?

Recently, *Infinity Nikki* has been plagued with bugs, broken quests, and co-op malfunctions. In an effort to address these issues, the developers are offering compensation in the form of 120 Diamonds and 1 Crystal per day from June 5th to June 12th. Players will need to log in daily to claim these rewards.

Some community members view this as a last-ditch effort to improve engagement metrics following their recent missteps. Additionally, there's a sense of disappointment among players due to the swift transition from the apology to promotional banners for new outfits.
