As we approach the summer season, Pokémon Go fans have much to look forward to despite the rainy weather. The much-anticipated June update is set to bring a wave of exciting new features and events to the game, keeping players engaged and entertained.
Kicking off the update, three new featured Pokémon are set to make their debut: Shadow Regice, Gigantamax Inteleon, and Gigantamax Cinderace. These additions are accompanied by a series of five featured Dynamax battles that will be available throughout the month. Players can battle Chansey on June 2nd, followed by Machop from the 9th to the 15th, Hatenna from the 16th to the 22nd, Caterpie from the 23rd to the 29th, and Shuckle from the 30th to July 6th. These battles will appear at various times over Power Spots, adding a layer of excitement to the gameplay.
The update also introduces a lineup of new five-star Raids, featuring some of the most sought-after Pokémon. From June 3rd to 5th, players can challenge Tapu Bulu, followed by Groudon from the 5th to the 14th, Kyogre from the 14th to the 23rd, and Cobalion from the 30th to July 8th. Shiny versions of these Pokémon will be available, giving lucky trainers a chance to add these rare variants to their collections.
**Mega!** The spotlight for Shadow Raids will be on Shadow Regice, which will appear during weekends in June. Alongside, Mega Raids will feature mega versions of Altaria (June 3rd-5th), Abomasnow (5th-14th), Manectric (14th-23rd), Beedrill (23rd-30th), and Aggron (30th-8th), providing players with even more challenging battles and opportunities to catch powerful Pokémon.
In addition to the new Pokémon and raids, June is packed with events to keep the community buzzing. The Serene Retreat event, happening from May 30th to June 3rd, is the first on the calendar. Throughout the month, players can also look forward to Instrumental Wonders, Phantom Ruins, Community Days, and a mystery event, all designed to enhance the gaming experience and make the rainy pre-summer season enjoyable for Pokémon enthusiasts.
