Leaked Sony Trailer Unveils Stellar Blade PC Release and 25 New Outfits

by Evelyn May 13,2025

The much-anticipated PC version of *Stellar Blade* is set to launch on Steam on June 11, accompanied by an array of PC-specific features, as revealed in a trailer accidentally released by Sony on the PlayStation YouTube channel. Although the trailer was quickly removed, fans captured and shared it across the internet, eagerly awaiting its official release.

Alongside the PC version, Sony announced a Complete Edition of *Stellar Blade*, which includes the base game and all the DLC released to date for both PS5 and PC. This news follows more than a year after the game's successful launch on PS5 in April 2024.

The PC version of *Stellar Blade* boasts a suite of features tailored for the platform, including AI upscaling with Nvidia DLSS 4 and AMD FSR 3, an unlocked framerate, support for Japanese and Chinese voiceovers, ultrawide display compatibility, enhanced environment textures, and DualSense support for haptic feedback and trigger effects.

The trailer also teases new content, including a challenging boss battle against Mann, Leader of the Sentinels, and 25 new costumes, which are expected to be available on PS5 as well. Intriguingly, the trailer concludes with a scene of Eve releasing a memory stick, a moment not seen in the base game, sparking speculation about a potential new ending or upcoming DLC.

The trailer reveals the Stellar Blade Complete Edition, coming to PC and PS5.

*Stellar Blade* has been a significant success for Korean developer Shift Up, generating $43 million in royalties in its last financial year. The studio anticipates that the PC version will surpass the sales of the PS5 edition, which sold over 1 million copies in just two months. Furthermore, Shift Up has expressed interest in developing another game within the *Stellar Blade* franchise.

In *Stellar Blade*, players assume the role of Eve, engaging in fast-paced action RPG combat to reclaim Earth from unknown invaders. The game received a 7/10 rating from IGN, praised for its action mechanics but noted for its lackluster story and some frustrating RPG elements. Despite these critiques, *Stellar Blade* quickly became a commercial hit, selling a million copies shortly after its release.
