He revealed the game is currently slated for a late 2024 release, aiming for a Christmas launch. Peyton expressed his strong enthusiasm for the project, highlighting its photorealistic visuals, drawing comparisons to the high production values of Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead.

Developed by Skydance New Media under the direction of Amy Hennig (renowned for her work on the Uncharted series), Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra is pushing the boundaries of visual fidelity using Unreal Engine 5.
