The Might and Mastery season in Pokémon Go is reaching its thrilling conclusion, with Niantic placing a strong emphasis on teamwork. From May 20th to May 22nd, the Strength in Numbers Global Challenge invites you to participate by sending as many Gifts as possible to your friends. This event encourages collaboration and community spirit within the game.
During the challenge, you can open up to 50 Gifts per day, providing more opportunities to collect Stardust, items, and enhance friendships. But the real excitement lies in the collective effort to unlock a special reward: giftable Special Research tickets for the upcoming Community Day Classic: Machop. If the global community meets the challenge, starting May 23rd, you'll be able to send these Machop Special Research tickets to any friend who has reached Great Friends status with you. These tickets can be gifted even if you haven't purchased one for yourself—just head to the in-game shop and share the Fighting-type love. Each trainer can gift up to 20 tickets per day, so there's ample opportunity to be generous.
This leads seamlessly into the Machop event on May 24th, from 2 PM to 5 PM local time. During this period, the Superpower Pokémon will appear more frequently in the wild, and the Shiny version will be available, offering another chance for those who missed out previously or want to build a green-glowing Machamp army.
Evolve Machoke up until May 31st to obtain a Machamp that knows Payback, a Dark-type Charged Attack that enhances the classic Fighter's performance in certain battles. With Stardust bonuses, three-hour Incense and Lures, and limited-time Timed Research featuring a themed Machop encounter with increased Shiny odds, there's a wealth of activities to enjoy.
Prepare for this exciting event by downloading Pokémon Go for free and visit the Pokémon Go Web Store to stock up on necessary items in advance.
