Pokémon Go Unveils $100 Toilet Upgrade Ticket

Pokémon Go has introduced a new $100 Premier Access ticket upgrade for the upcoming Go Fest: Jersey City event, offering exclusive in-game items and enhanced real-world facilities, including "upgraded restrooms." This year's Go Fest, the game's annual summer celebration, will be held at Liberty State Park in Jersey City, as well as in Paris, France, and Osaka, Japan.

Attendees of the Jersey City event can now enhance their experience with the $100 Premier Access add-on, according to developer Niantic. This premium upgrade functions much like a Business Class option, providing access to a dedicated Premier Access lounge. Here, players can enjoy amenities such as "upgraded restrooms, portable charger kiosks with lockers, and seating to recharge" before continuing their adventure. While specifics on the restroom upgrades remain undisclosed, these enhancements set the Premier Access area apart from standard facilities.

Additionally, Premier Access ticket holders benefit from fast-track entry to the event's Pokémon Center Pop-Up Store, allowing them to bypass long queues and spend more time exploring and catching Pokémon during the limited event window.

These include 100 Premium Battle Passes, 100 Super Incubators, 20 Max Particle Packs, and more, representing a significant value that could cost up to $300 if purchased separately.
