Get ready for the *Pokémon GO* Bug Out event, a buzzing celebration of bug-type Pokémon! This seasonal event offers exciting opportunities to catch a variety of these creepy crawlies, along with bonus rewards and new avatar items.

Event Details

When is the *Pokémon GO* Bug Out Event?

The Bug Out event runs from March 26th, 10 AM to March 30th, 8 PM local time. That's five days packed with bug-catching action! This event is also a great opportunity for Shiny hunting, with many featured Pokémon having Shiny variants.

Featured Wild Pokémon

These bug-type Pokémon will appear more frequently in the wild: Caterpie, Weedle, Wurmple, Nincada, Venipede, Dwebble, Joltik, Grubbin, Dewpider, Nymble, and Cutiefly (with Shiny potential).

New Pokémon

Sizzlipede and Centiskorch are joining the Pokémon GO roster during this event! Evolve Sizzlipede into Centiskorch using 50 Sizzlipede Candy.

• Higher chance of encountering Shiny Wurmple and Shiny Venipede.
