The long-awaited Wishlist feature is finally coming to Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket's trading system after extensive community feedback. This highly requested update promises to revolutionize how players exchange cards.
Starting July 29th, collectors can specify up to 20 desired cards directly from their collection screen, with three highlighted on their public profile. No more random trades - now you're guaranteed exchanges that genuinely benefit your collection.
While this won't magically produce rare finds like that elusive Charizard ex, it significantly increases your chances by clearly communicating your priorities to other trainers worldwide.

The update brings another major quality-of-life improvement: Trade Tokens are being phased out in favor of Shinedust. Now you'll earn double Shinedust for duplicate cards without sacrificing your collection.
Existing Trade Tokens aren't going to waste - they can be converted either into Pack Hourglasses (maximum 60 exchanges) at 1:1 ratio, or unlimited quantities of Shinedust at a 1:10 rate.
These player-focused improvements demonstrate how seriously the developers value community input. It's precisely this responsiveness that earned Pokemon TCG Pocket its nomination for the Pocket Gamer People's Choice Award 2025. Don't forget to cast your vote!
