Fortunately, The Lord of the Rings: Balrog Book Nook remains available for purchase, though shipments will be delayed.

These innovative book nooks serve as perfect shelf displays, while the vending machine set actually functions like its real-world counterpart - complete with coin operation and working mechanism to dispense minifigures in plastic capsules. June's Most Sought-After LEGO Now on Backorder

Prospective buyers should note significant wait times for these popular sets. The Hogwarts Express Book Nook has the earliest estimated availability (July 11), with a purchase limit of three per customer. Both the Minifigure Vending Machine and Sherlock Holmes Book Nook advertise 60-day shipping windows - our tests showed September 18 for the vending machine, while the book nook had no specific date listed.

These complex builds are recommended for adult builders (18+) due to their challenging nature. Like many of LEGO's premium sets for adults, they make excellent display pieces or collector's items.
