Revival: Remix Rumble brings back Teamfight Tactics' beloved set

League of Legends has been increasingly embracing its musical side in recent years, from the unforgettable soundtrack of Arcane to the unique blend of pop idols and MOBA heroes with K/DA. Now, Teamfight Tactics is set to captivate fans once again with the return of a beloved set, Revival: Remix Rumble, launching today at 5PM PT (tomorrow for UK readers) and running until July 29th.

Revival: Remix Rumble is a music-themed set that introduces exciting new augments. For instance, K/DA champions benefit from the Mesmerising Performance and Rap Queen augments, which enhance their abilities and add unique twists to gameplay. But it's not just K/DA; other characters will also enjoy these new augmentations, promising a fresh and dynamic experience.

This set revival will seamlessly integrate with the current Teamfight Tactics set, rather than replacing it. The revival introduces the Hack mechanic from the Cyber City set in opening encounters. Players can encounter champions like Ahri, who upgrades Headliners to appear one level higher, Akali, who boosts Headliner champions' traits, and Zac, who brings the Cyber City hacks into play.

Alongside these exciting additions, the much-anticipated Revival Ladder is making a comeback. This progression system allows players to unlock new ranks and rewards based on their skill and gameplay style. Additionally, an event pass is available for 975 RP, offering a range of Remix Rumble-themed rewards and introducing a new Little Legend, the Pentakill Siege Minion, to the lineup.

While Teamfight Tactics diverges significantly from the original League of Legends in terms of genre and gameplay, it successfully brings the fun and excitement of the iconic MOBA to mobile platforms.
