NAMMO: Soulslike PC Boss Rush Revealed

The newly announced NAMMO is a Soulslike boss rush game set, as developer Guild Studio explains, in Korea’s Silla Dynasty, which lasted from 57 BC to AD 935—nearly a thousand years. This dark fantasy world merges a rich historical setting with intense boss-rush gameplay.

NAMMO promises tight 2D combat featuring challenging, mythology-inspired bosses and precise parry mechanics. Players will use the "Eye of Spirit" ability to uncover hidden pathways, discover boss vulnerabilities, and unlock alternate story paths, all presented in beautifully handcrafted pixel art. The story unfolds as follows: "Nammo was born in an ancient Korean kingdom and raised by Junjeong, who was like an older sister to her. The two were cherished by their community and grew into figures of striking beauty. But one night, fate took a cruel turn. With eyes full of sorrow, Junjeong attacked Nammo, slashing her eyes and leaving her blind. After awakening in an unknown cave, Nammo sets out on a quest to unravel the mystery behind Junjeong’s betrayal."
