Cats and Soup Launches Slumbering Coral Sea

NEOWIZ is preparing for World Environment Day with an exciting update to its relaxing mobile game. Cats and Soup is rolling out a collection of summer-themed content, starting with the Slumbering Coral Sea expansion. Famous for its soothing and charming mood, the game is exchanging woodland kitchens for shimmering shells and colorful reefs.

A brand-new Slumbering Coral Sea event arrives in Cats and Soup tomorrow. Neowiz is launching this update to honor World Environment Day, observed each year on June 5th. Players can log in to claim special items like a summer dress and jellyfish-themed accessories for their cats.

You can also obtain ocean-inspired decor, including the Sea Dress and the Baby Mermaid Costume. The Underwater Palace is now open—a new area featuring aquatic art and a brighter, more vivid color scheme.

In addition, this update brings a limited-time cat: the Ocean Bloom Abyssinian. Featuring soft sea-toned colors, it stands out as one of the cutest and most charming felines introduced so far.

There Are More Events

The Baby Kitty Travel Destination event is currently underway and will run until June 29th. By engaging with the in-game event gacha, you can earn Travel Destination Photo Pieces.

Collect enough event tokens to unlock six temporary travel locations. Discover unique places such as the Woodland Library of Mystery and the Venetian Gondola.

You can also spruce up your minirooms with coral decorations, pink beach items, and other summer furniture. Two new background music tracks have also been added and can be purchased using event currency.

To complement the marine theme, the Little Trunk Shop has begun a new season. It offers nearly 300 fresh resources to collect. Starting June 5th, a daily login event begins, giving out rewards like jellyfish accessories and cat sunglasses.

Download the game now via the Google Play Store. Also, check out our coverage of Patch Quest, a new bullet-hell roguelite with monster-taming mechanics.
