PS5 Exclusive Wuxia Game "Where Winds Meet" for 6 Months

Where Winds Meet, the upcoming open-world Wuxia action RPG from Everstone Studios, will be a PlayStation 5 console exclusive for its first six months.

This exclusivity was confirmed through a new video on PlayStation's YouTube channel. The trailer offers glimpses of the game's narrative while ending with the timed exclusivity announcement for "at least six months." The game will also launch on mobile and PC platforms.

While the exact release date remains unspecified beyond "2025," publisher NetEase has announced the final test period beginning July 25 for PC and PS5. This beta introduces the new Kaifeng urban area, previously unavailable. Interested players can register through the official sign-up page. Though pre-order bonuses aren't yet available, wishlisting is now open.

Where Winds Meet initially launched on Chinese PC platforms in late 2024 before its 2025 mobile release. Set during the turbulent Ten Kingdoms Era, players assume the role of a swordsman whose decisions dramatically impact the dynastic conflict. The game draws heavily from Wuxia traditions, featuring martial artists with extraordinary capabilities.
