Game Rules:

In Number War, the objective is to strategically move numbers around the grid. Here's how you play:

Select a number and move it to an adjacent cell. The destination can either be empty or contain the same number as the one you're moving.
If you move to an empty cell, the value of your number will be halved.
When you move a number to a cell with an identical value, both cells become empty, and you earn points equivalent to the number's value.
Note that a '2' cannot be moved to an empty cell.
After each move, a new number will appear in the grid.
The game concludes, and you lose, when there are no more valid moves left and no empty cells remain.
