Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, Award-Winning Metroidvania, Now on Mobile!

The highly anticipated Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown has now made its way to Android devices, following its initial launch on PC in January 2024. Developed by Ubisoft, this metroidvania action game lets you step into the shoes of Sargon, a young and skilled warrior from the Immortals.

The Story

Your mission begins when Queen Thomyris tasks you and your squad with rescuing her son, Prince Ghassan. This quest leads you to Mount Qaf, a once-divine city now overrun by time-warped creatures and cursed landscapes. Despite being a single mountain, Mount Qaf in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is vast and diverse, featuring areas like a ruined temple and a forgotten desert. The map is intricately interconnected, allowing you to take photos of your surroundings to aid your exploration.

The gameplay is enhanced by unique mechanics such as the ability to drop a shadow and teleport back to it, which adds a dynamic layer to both platforming and combat. Scattered throughout Mount Qaf are amulets that allow you to customize Sargon’s abilities, tailoring your playstyle to your preference. Sargon also has powerful ultimate moves known as Athra Surges, perfect for finishing off battles in style. Additionally, various quests enrich the lore of Mount Qaf while offering numerous collectibles and challenges for players to tackle.
