Emmy’s electric mopeds are always close by, ready for your next adventure. Simply use the app to locate, reserve, and unlock your ride. We handle the charging, so your moped is always ready to go. Each scooter includes two helmets (different sizes) and a phone holder for convenient city navigation.

Getting Started with emmy:

1. Download and Register: Download the emmy app and register for €4.95, including 15 free minutes.
2. License Verification: Verify your EU driver's license to activate your account.
3. Ride: Locate a nearby e-moped using the app and reserve it (free reservation for 15 minutes). Unlocking costs €1.
4. Return: Park your emmy moped in a designated public parking area within our service zone to end your rental.

How to Start Your emmy E-Moped:

1. Helmet: Open the helmet box (red button).
2. Kickstand: Remove the moped from the kickstand by pushing the handlebars forward.
3. Power Switch: Ensure the red switch (right handlebar) is in the "ON" position and the side stand is fully retracted. (For Yadea models, press the "P-button").
4. Ignition: Simultaneously pull the brake lever and press the "Down" switch (left handlebar) to start the engine.

Our E-Moped Fleet:

Berlin, Hamburg, and Dresden feature NIU scooters, while Hamburg, Kiel, and Munich offer Yadea mopeds. Always park responsibly in designated areas for mopeds and bicycles. Avoid bike lanes, bus lanes, and pedestrian walkways.

Pricing:

A one-time registration fee of €4.95 includes 15 free minutes (valid for 3 months). Mopeds are free to reserve for 15 minutes, with a €1 unlock fee. The per-minute rate is €0.33, with reduced rates for paused rides.
