Introducing Rent Ready Flutter Technology A1, a cutting-edge app designed, developed, and deployed for the seamless assessment of your rental space. Now available on all platforms, both web and mobile, this app brings you unparalleled convenience and flexibility.

Here's how it works:

1. Download the App from your preferred app store or access the web version.
2. Scan the QR code when you enter the rental space.
3. That's all! It's smooth, simple, and exactly as it should be.

Once inside, enjoy the space with all its amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi, private phone booths, printers, lockers, and meeting rooms, among others. Indulge in unlimited barista-made drinks from our Espresso Bar, featuring specialty coffee beans carefully selected and roasted by our friends at 'Kiss the Hippo Coffee'—London's first carbon-negative coffee company. Additionally, savor unlimited fruits and artisan pastries to keep your energy up throughout your stay.

When it's time to leave, simply scan the QR code to walk out, whether you're concluding a 30-minute session or a full 12-hour workday. Payment is automatically processed when you decide to end your session, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Curious about the costs?

1. You pay only for the time you spend inside the space: £9.20 per hour (or 15p per minute), with a daily cap of £54 (all prices include VAT).
2. The meeting room, accommodating up to 6 people, is available for £60 per hour (i.e., £50 + VAT) and can be pre-booked directly through the app in convenient 30-minute slots.

Our first location is in the heart of South Kensington, just a 2-minute walk from the tube station at 29 Harrington Road, London, SW7 3HQ. We're excited to announce that more locations will be opening soon across the UK.
