The main differences are the absence of 5D armrests and less adjustable lumbar support.

Mark Knapp's review highlights the Kaiser 3's improvements: a wider seatbase enhancing comfort, flexible built-in lumbar support, and a polished design. While the racing-style design remains somewhat aggressive, it's still a highly commendable chair.
