Go Lick The World Might Be the First Ever Current Affairs Clicker

by Lucy Jan 21,2025

It's a tough job preventing politicians from saying foolish things. Take, for example, President Biden's invitation to an Irish audience to "go lick the world." This prompted a collective facepalm from White House staff globally.

"Go Lick The World," a mobile game from Pixel Play, satirizes this absurdity. It cleverly blends the often-silly world of politics with the addictive nature of casual clicker games.

The objective? Virtually lick the world as fast as possible (using your finger, of course!). The game features a rotating 3D Earth, orbited by various objects. Tap the planet (land or sea) to score points and climb the leaderboard.

Boost your score by tapping LickLink satellites (a Starlink parody), F-35 jets, red electric cars, and even Lick Force One (Biden's plane). On Earth, you'll find humorous landmarks like the White House, Antarctica, the Pyramids, and a less-than-pristine San Francisco.

The game's quirky content changes daily. Mondays feature Impeach-Mints, Tuesdays Tacos, Saturdays Swifties, and pizza slices nod to the Pizzagate conspiracy.

Unlockable Earth skins and accessories add to the fun, including a "clown world" face, various hats (trucker hats, Uncle Sam, a Texas cowboy hat with a censored border), solar eclipse glasses, and more. These are earned by watching rewarded ads. A recent "Great Debate Update" even added a famous hairstyle.

Go Lick The World is free (with in-app purchases to remove ads, enable auto-clicking, and get a blue profile tick). Download it now on the App Store and Google Play.

UPDATE: The Great Debate Update includes trucker hats representing both political sides and Trump's iconic hair.
