Monster Hunter Now has unleashed an exciting seasonal update for the 2025 Spring Festival, running from April 14th to April 27th. This update brings a wave of new content, including fresh gear and the introduction of a fierce new monster.

Who’s the New Monster?

Meet the formidable Ebony Odogaron, a more aggressive variant of the classic Odogaron. Distinguishable by the black smoke it emits from its mouth, this monster is not just a reskin but a more challenging adversary. Expect to encounter Ebony Odogaron across diverse environments such as forests, deserts, swamps, and tundra. Its broader roaming area and fiercer demeanor make it a formidable opponent. During the Monster Hunter Now Spring Festival 2025, you’ll also cross paths with Kulu-Ya-Ku and other returning monsters, all part of the event's engaging quests.

Throughout the event, players can gather Spring and Rainbow Eggs by defeating monsters or participating in special Hunt-a-thons. These eggs can be traded at the Event Exchange Hub for exceptional items.

The festivities peak on April 18th with the introduction of Giant Egg Toys in Hunt-a-thons. Cracking these toys will reward you with a plentiful supply of exchangeable Eggs.

Additionally, limited-time quests throughout the event offer exclusive rewards. Completing these quests allows you to earn a Spring Festival 2025 medal, a unique Guild Card background, and Spring 2025 Armor and Weapon Tickets.
