Monster Taming Roguelike "Coromon" Lands on Android

TRAGsoft is developing a new roguelike spin-off to its popular monster-taming RPG, Coromon. Announced for nearly all platforms, including Android, Coromon: Rogue Planet is slated for a 2025 release.

A Closer Look

The newly released trailer offers a glimpse into the game's features. Coromon: Rogue Planet retains the classic turn-based combat of its predecessor but adds roguelite elements. Players will explore the ever-changing Veluan wilderness, featuring over ten biomes that shift with each playthrough.

A unique "rescue and recruit" system lets players unlock seven distinct characters, each with their own playstyle, by assisting them in the wild. Over 130 monsters await, each boasting unique elemental affinities, personalities, and skills.

A meta-progression system allows players to continuously upgrade their abilities and gear. Resource gathering and collaboration with other players to unravel an interstellar spaceship mystery are also key components.

Pre-registrations are anticipated before the end of the year or early next year. Until then, the mobile version remains a subject of speculation and anticipation.
