How to Unlock the Trial of the Sekhemas in Path of Exile 2

Unlocking access requires defeating Balbala the Traitor, a formidable boss encountered in Act 2's Traitor's Passage. Her swift, powerful attacks pose a significant early-game challenge. Victory yields Balbala's Barya, the key to initiating the Trial.

After defeating Balbala, navigate to the Trial of the Sekhemas location, accessible via Ardura's travel map or Waypoint. You'll find a ruined temple where Balbala awaits, not as a foe, but as a guide. Place Balbala's Barya on the Relic Altar to commence your Trial.
