Pokemon GO Unveils New Tour Pass for Upcoming Unova Event

Get ready, trainers! A new Tour Pass is launching for Pokémon GO's Unova event, running from February 24th to March 9th. This pass offers exciting rewards and progression milestones.

Earn Tour Points by completing various in-game tasks, including catching Pokémon, participating in raids, and hatching eggs. This will allow you to level up your Tour Pass and unlock increasingly valuable rewards.

Both a free and a premium Deluxe Tour Pass will be available. The free pass provides a range of rewards, culminating in an encounter with a special Zorua. All rewards from the free pass expire on March 9th at 6 pm local time.

The Deluxe Pass, priced at $14.99 (or $19.99 for a version with 10 ranks already unlocked), offers all the free pass rewards plus additional bonuses. These include an encounter with the Mythical Pokémon Victini and a new Lucky Trinket item. This trinket guarantees a Lucky Trade with a chosen friend, resetting their Lucky Friend status afterward. Deluxe Pass rewards, including the Lucky Trinket, also expire on March 9th at 6 pm local time. Both the free and Deluxe passes will be available for purchase from February 24th at 10 am to March 2nd at 6 pm local time.

This Tour Pass adds to the excitement surrounding the Pokémon GO Tour: Unova event. The event itself features the debut of Kyurem (Black and White forms) via fusion, echoing last year's Necrozma fusion event. Shiny Meloetta will also make its debut through a ticketed Masterwork Research.
