Pokemon GO Ultra Beasts Making a Big Comeback in July

Pokémon GO's "Inbound from Ultra Space" event brings back Ultra Beasts! This five-day extravaganza, running from July 8th to 13th, 2024, features nine Ultra Beasts in five-star raids. However, geographical limitations apply; several Ultra Beasts are region-exclusive. Asia-Pacific players encounter Xurkitree, EMEA and India get Pheromosa, the Americas and Greenland have Buzzwole, Stakataka is exclusive to the Eastern Hemisphere, and Blacephalon to the Western Hemisphere. Celesteela appears in the Southern Hemisphere, with Kartana in the North.

Timed Research quests offer encounters with all featured Ultra Beasts, though only Stakataka and Blacephalon boast special Pokédex backgrounds. New backgrounds are also obtainable from raids and wild catches.

Event Details:

• Dates: July 8th (10:00 a.m.) – July 13th (10:00 a.m.) local time.
• Raids: Five-star raids daily, with a Raid Hour (6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. local time) featuring the day's Pokémon. Shiny encounters are possible. The raid schedule includes Guzzlord, Nihilego, Celesteela/Kartana, Stakataka/Blacephalon, and Buzzwole/Pheromosa/Xurkitree.
• Timed Research: Offers encounters with all featured Ultra Beasts, with Stakataka and Blacephalon having special backgrounds.
• Bonuses: Increased Remote Raid Pass limit (20 until July 11th, unlimited July 12th-14th), guaranteed Candy XL for trading (Trainers level 31+).

A paid ticket ($5 or equivalent) unlocks additional bonuses: 5,000 XP from completed raids, 2x Stardust for winning Ultra Beast Raids, extra Candy and Candy XL from five-star raid catches, and up to 2 free Raid Passes from Gym Photo Discs (up to 10 daily with the Pokémon GO Fest 2024: Global ticket).
