Pokémon GO 2025 February Event Lineup Unveiled

Pokémon GO's February 2025 event calendar is packed with exciting activities, including Lunar New Year festivities, a Karrablast & Shelmet Community Day, and the return of Dynamax Moltres. Here's a complete rundown of the month's events:

Lunar New Year: January 29 – February 2

Celebrate the Year of the Snake with increased spawn rates for snake-themed Pokémon like Ekans, Onix, Snivy, Darumaka, Dunsparce, Gyarados, and Dratini (Shiny variants available for all). Enjoy boosted Lucky Pokémon trade chances, increased Lucky Friend opportunities, and daily Field Research tasks rewarding PokéCoins. 2KM Eggs will hatch Makuhita, Nosepass, Meditite, Duskull, and Skorupi (Shiny variants possible).

Legendary Flight Dynamax Moltres: February 3 – 9

Dynamax Moltres makes its debut! Available as a Max Monday boss at all Power Spots on February 3rd (6 PM – 7 PM local time), and continues as a raid boss until February 9th, though availability at Power Spots will decrease as other Max Battle bosses (Squirtle, Krabby, Sobble) appear until February 10th.

Karrablast & Shelmet Community Day: February 9

A dual Community Day featuring Karrablast and Shelmet runs from 2 PM to 5 PM local time. Enjoy increased spawn rates, evolution bonuses, and boosted Shiny odds. Evolving Karrablast or Shelmet by February 16th (10 PM) yields Escavalier with Razor Shell or Accelgor with Energy Ball, respectively. A paid Timed Research is also available.

Beloved Buddies: February 11 – 15

Raid Day: February 15

A Raid Day event will take place from 2 PM to 5 PM local time. Details on the featured Pokémon will be announced later.
