Botany Manor's PlayStation Release Date Confirmed: January 28th

Botany Manor, the critically acclaimed puzzle game, finally has a confirmed PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 release date: January 28th. Initially slated for a December 17th launch, the game was briefly delayed to allow for further refinement and polish.

Originally released in April 2024 for Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, Botany Manor quickly garnered widespread praise, earning a reputation as one of the year's best puzzle games. The PlayStation port, announced by publisher Whitethorn Games, experienced a short delay but now has a firm release date.

While the January 28th release date is set, a PlayStation Store page is yet to appear, meaning pre-orders or wishlisting aren't currently available. The game is expected to retail at $24.99, consistent with other platforms, and will remain a one-time purchase without microtransactions. Unlike the Steam version, a separate digital soundtrack is not anticipated.

Botany Manor's strong reception, evidenced by an 83/100 average score and 92% recommendation rate on OpenCritic, highlights its charming atmosphere, inventive puzzles, and rewarding exploration. Its arrival on PlayStation promises to significantly enrich the console's already impressive collection of puzzle titles.

With its PlayStation launch, Botany Manor will be available on all initially planned platforms. Developer Balloon Studios has yet to announce their next project. Joining Botany Manor on the PlayStation Store on January 28th are Cuisineer, Eternal Strands, and The Sone of Madness.
