Sky: Children of the Light 6th Anniversary Awards Schedule

The Sky Creator Awards ceremony takes place August 15th at 6 p.m. Pacific Time. Thousands of players worldwide can gather simultaneously in Sky’s virtual cinema space – a massive venue designed specifically for community events.

This revolutionary live ceremony marks a first for the Sky community. The exclusive one-night event recognizes outstanding player creativity across user-generated content.

With ten distinct categories, the awards highlight exceptional contributions. Top honors include the Sky Community Award and Content of the Year Award, alongside specialized categories spanning Crafts, Livestreaming, Cosplay, Storytelling, Gameplay, Illustration, Music, and Sky Scapes.

Winners will virtually take the stage to address live audiences within the cinema space. Leading up to the event, players can enjoy continuous behind-the-scenes footage and developer insights streaming 24/7.

Pre-celebration festivities begin early

The anniversary excitement starts July 7th as Aviary Village transforms into a vibrant social hub featuring swimming areas, dance spaces, and celebratory parades.

Numerous pre-event activities will keep players engaged – including climbing challenges, mini-games, trivia contests, and a retrospective showcasing six years of Sky’s evolving content since its 2019 debut.
