Stardew Valley Update 1.6 Is Coming To Mobile This November!

Stardew Valley's highly anticipated 1.6 update finally arrives on mobile devices! Console and mobile players can rejoice as the massive update launches on November 4th, 2024, following its March 2024 PC debut.

What's New in Stardew Valley Update 1.6 Mobile?

This update significantly expands the game's multiplayer capabilities, now supporting up to eight players online – double the previous limit! Collaborate with friends on farming, fishing, and construction projects. Two exciting fishing festivals, the Trout Derby and SquidFest, join the seasonal event lineup, alongside the Desert Festival.

Explore the new Meadowlands Farm layout, ideal for livestock and convenient fishing. Over 100 new NPC dialogues enrich interactions with the town's beloved characters.

Discover a wealth of new items, including a sizable Big Chest (nearly double the capacity of a standard chest), a dehydrator for preserving produce, a heavy-duty furnace, and a handy bait maker.

Personalize your farm with new furniture styles and over 25 stylish hats. Earn prize tickets by completing quests and festival events, redeemable at a prize machine in Lewis's home.

After achieving maximum affection with your initial pet, you can now acquire multiple pets, each potentially bringing gifts and sporting adorable hats. Notice the charming winter attire donned by the NPCs.

A golden Joja parrot aids in locating those elusive golden walnuts on Ginger Island. New crops include carrots, summer squash, broccoli, powdermelon, and two giant crop varieties.

Reasons for the Delay

The delay in releasing Stardew Valley 1.6 on mobile and consoles allowed the developers to thoroughly test the update on PC, ensuring a smoother launch. November brings the much-awaited update! Prepare for new fishing events, adorable pets, and exciting new crops.
