Thirsty Suitors Hits Mobile with Netflix Games

Netflix Games is soon to feature the narrative-driven action-adventure game, Thirsty Suitors. This unique breakup simulator, already available on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and Steam, offers a fresh take on the dating sim genre.

Prepare for turn-based combat against your exes, a key element of the gameplay. The game incorporates a mood system, allowing strategic exploitation of enemy weaknesses. Beyond combat, Thirsty Suitors blends skateboarding, South Asian-inspired cooking (to impress your mom!), and exploration of the town of Timber Hills and its mysterious Bearfoot Park.

Developed by Outerloop Games, Thirsty Suitors is a critically acclaimed title, having won the 2022 Tribeca Games Awards and receiving nominations for the 2024 New York Game Awards and the 2024 GLAAD Media Award. The game explores themes of culture, relationships, and self-discovery within a 1990s setting.

Outerloop Games' Chandana “Eka” Ekanayake will participate in a Games for Change Festival panel (June 27th & 28th) discussing representation in video games. The panel will also feature Matt Korba and Matt Daigle (The Odd Gentlemen), Caitlin Shell (Brandible Games), and Leanne Loombe (Netflix).
